As well as the beautiful beach and seaside walks, there are lot of fun filled family activites planned in the area. Keep your kids entertained all February half term week – here are just a few suggestions:

Mob Hedging
Slindon Estate

near Arundel, West Sussex. A great and ancient downland estate

Join the rangers in February Half Term to create 1,000m of new hedgerow in the middle of the Slindon Estate. The National Trust is hoping to get locals involved in establishing a new hedgerow for wildlife on our estate.

Children are welcome to help plant.  Child friendly spades available. Dogs on leads are welcome.

Wear sturdy footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather. Gloves and a spade would be helpful but are not essential. Hot food and drink will be available to purchase or take a packed lunch.
