Booking restrictions

We are very happy to be opening again and to be able to take bookings but we will have to adhere to the following restrictions:

  • In order to stay safe we would be most grateful if all our guests could do a quick lateral flow on the morning of their arrival in order to keep safe and well
  • prioritise bookings from guests who have stayed with us previously although new guests are also welcome
  • have a gap of 4 days between guests to allow for deep cleaning
  • serve all breakfast items to guests to minimise touching things in the breakfast room
  • ensure all guests wear a face mask and use hand sanitiser provided as they arrive
  • leave shoes in the entrance porch, slippers will be provided upon arrival
  • ask guests to be alert and avoid touching any surfaces wherever possible
  • minimum of 2 nights stay


How are we preparing to safely welcome guests?

Your room will be fully cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival.

To minimise contact, we will not be cleaning your room during your stay so that you can truly relax in the knowledge that nobody other than you and your family will be entering your room. We ask you to please leave dirty glasses, mugs, bins, towels etc. outside your room and they will be replaced accordingly.

We want you to enjoy your stay with us and sleep well knowing we are taking extra steps to ensure your accommodation is safe for you and your family.

We may add more details as and when these are communicated from the Government but in the meantime, we very much look forward to be opening again and welcoming our guests to Spring Cottage.
